LOCATION
Our Estates & other small growers are situated along the rich fertile soils of Coorg in the Western Ghats which is one of the eco hotspot of the world. The coffees are grown at a elevation of 2500 ft to 3600ft above MSL, Our location is very condusive as we have the most fertile soil, rain and humidity factors .
GROWING
From plant to bean our processing standards are very high.Our coffee is 100% shade grown and we are committed in maintaining the shade which provides a natural habitat for flora and fauna . An optimal mix of organic nutrients consumption-safe fertilizers goes along way in nourishing the soil and the coffee plants .Our comprehensive irrigation program eco friendly pest and weed management program as well as recycling all are labour intensive process but they are all worth the effort.
HARVESTING
We have an extremely efficient harvesting and sorting method. Every single bean is hand picked and sorted . Only the fully red ripe fruits are picked and made into Unwashed/Natural coffee.
All our coffee’s are sun dried.
